MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPALA bald man with glasses smiles, wearing a dark suit and a striped tie.

My name is Ikie Holder, and I am thrilled to be able to serve the community of Rogers as the Principal at Crossroads Learning Center. We are a model alternative learning environment that serves students in middle school and high school who are at-risk of not graduating.

At Crossroads, our mascot is The Phoenix. Just like the mythical bird, we work to encourage and assist our students so they can rise again and soar to greatness in their future endeavors. It is a top priority at Crossroads that staff build a trusting relationship with all students and families to better serve the needs of the students and the community. It is through these connections that we hope to enable each student to succeed and thrive.
